Delivery & Returns

Free fully insured delivery across the UK. All watches are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery, requiring a signature on receipt. We aim to dispatch promptly once payment has cleared and will send you tracking details.

International delivery is available by arrangement. Please email us before you buy so we can confirm cost, insurance and any import duties, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Prefer to collect? Book a viewing at our Hatton Garden office (by appointment only) before you purchase.

We offer a 14-day returns policy for a full refund. The watch must be returned in its original condition with all packaging, box and papers supplied. The 14 days run from the day you receive the watch.

To start a return, contact us at info@secondhandtimepieces.co.uk or on 07403 038284 and we will explain how to send the watch back safely and fully insured. We refund the price you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the watch back, using the original payment method.

If something is wrong (an authenticity concern, a difference from the description, or damage in transit) contact us straight away and we will put it right.

Watches bought through eBay are covered by eBay’s returns process and buyer protection. Please open any return through eBay so everything is documented.
