Yes. Every timepiece listed by SecondHand Timepieces is thoroughly inspected and authenticated. We verify serial numbers, movement, dial, bracelet and components, and we describe condition honestly. See our Authenticity Guarantee for full details.
Open the watch you want and press Buy now to purchase directly through our secure checkout, with free insured UK delivery. For extra peace of mind, many of our watches can also be bought through eBay using the Buy on eBay button, in which case eBay handles payment and buyer protection.
We do not offer finance. You can pay securely online at checkout, or message us on WhatsApp or call 07403 038284 and we will send you a secure payment link. If you buy through eBay, eBay's payment options apply.
Delivery is free and fully insured across the UK, sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery with a signature on receipt. We offer a 14-day returns policy for a full refund; the watch must come back in its original condition with all packaging. Watches bought through eBay follow eBay's returns and buyer protection terms. For international delivery, email us before you buy.
Yes. SecondHand Timepieces is online-first, with viewings by appointment only at our office: 88-90 Hatton Garden, London, EC1N 8PN. Email us to arrange a time.
Use the Sell your watch page or email clear photos, the reference if known, and a short note on condition. We reply with a valuation within 24 hours. If you accept, we arrange next steps — including a Hatton Garden appointment if needed.
Yes. We buy with or without original box and papers. A complete set usually achieves a stronger price, but we still welcome watches that have been worn and enjoyed.
No. We are an online specialist with an office in Hatton Garden for appointments only — not a high-street boutique.
