What we collect
Your name, email, phone number, and any details you send in an enquiry, valuation request, or message. When you buy through our checkout we use your name, address, email and phone number to process, deliver and support your order, and keep order records as the law requires. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details. If you choose to buy through eBay instead, eBay processes that purchase under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
To reply to enquiries, provide valuations, arrange Hatton Garden viewings by appointment, and meet legal obligations (including identity checks when buying pre-owned watches).
Sharing
